Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo’s initial response to a reporter’s question following his team’s Game 4 victory against the Boston Celtics said it all.
Asked about the impact that Celtics guard Marcus Smart had after returning from a torn oblique injury that kept him out a month, the Bucks forward seemed perplexed, squinted in confusion and then looked down at his stat sheet to before answering.
Antetokounmpo briefly smirked at teammate Khris Middleton at the press conference podium before regrouping.
After his shade had been delivered, Antetokounmpo then had nice things to say about Smart, who finished with three points on 1-for-7 shooting in 15 minutes as the guard eased back into the lineup.
